Anyone facing connection issue from this afternoon? Speed turned to be unstable just like weeks ago. I'm near old klang road area.

Hi, did you make the report with Maxis?I reported to Maxis last night and now I found you guys have the same issue .I thought I was the only one facing the problem.

So better to let Maxis know that it's not the single case so that they will dig further into their network.

The cable was disrupted days ago,but the connection issue should be since yesterday. I think there's other problem at Maxis side.

Used Maxis Home Fibre 2 years,first time facing the problem with such bad effects.

Found that if using VPN through Singapore,the problem could be eased. So it should be something wrong with Maxis routing or perhaps it servers or the peering on MYIX.

It's quite variable due to some unexpected matters during the repair. However,just hope that the recovery won't go too far away from the ETA.

This is local ISP's style.I was TM users for years before changing to Maxis, TM always did the same thing. They thought that user's time is not important.

Guys,the only way we could try now is going to make complaint on SKMM . Hopefully that move could let them do their work a bit harder.

If that is really the case,we have better reason to lodge the complaint to SKMM so that we could ask for further investigations on the issue and rebate for the degradation of service.

Just received official acknowledgment from MCMC. They gave me the complaint number and told me that they've already instruct Maxis to do necessary action . Hopefully MCMC could really push them harder.

My home connection has been fixed minutes ago. Guys ,try your connection now. Maxis has said that the issue had been rectified and all related to fibre service should be fixed till now.
