Hello.

I want to replace the default maxis Thompson router with a tplink tl-wr841nd.

The tplink is stock firmware, fresh from the box. It has a supports unfi sticker and I've used one of these on a unifi connection before.

I'm at a landed home though, so my btu is a white tm Alcatel lucent l-240-gp, not a huawei or zte btu.

I've looked through some guides and tried setting it up but I haven't been able to connect to the internet sad.gif

Any help would be appreciated ><

FOR TL-WR841ND you need to use custom firmware with it then need to set VLAN 621
stock firmware has been coded with Unifi VLAN ID

my suggesstion better change to ASUS router RT-N12HP it does support both unifi and maxis ftth with the stock firmware , all you need to do just keyin your user ID and pass

Thanks for the response smile.gif
