By the way, anyone from Wangsa Maju Area, getting disconnect at night time ?
is Wangsa Maju is doing some kind of maintenance for FTTH ?

any one realize the the Line FTTH for maxis modem will disconnect intermittent recently ?

but when i look at the Huawei modem [black color] the color of light still remain [no restart no anything]... just the Thomson router will get restart.

So here just wanna ask you guys, anyone happen such thing to you ?

When i'm in office, i call CS then the guy told me to change the channel... but among so many channel ... i also dont know which to use.... they told me try one by one.

so i went back to test, then feel something stupid work test it up.

Why? the reason is below:

"how am i easily know the channel availability =.= some more every day the channel number is varying from time to time....."


for me, i feel like no practical....if this is the solution....

so they just change a new one Thomson router for you? Same Type of model?

i not sure... but i just have feeling is nothing to do with the channeling ......
believe something is wrong with their back end configuration setting....
if i off the Wifi interface, it seem normal i using Lan cable..
but if enable the WIFI interface, it keep dc in certain interval time. Say about 15, 20 mins like that dc continuously....


well, i waiting for their finding.. hope can get the absolute solution from them so that can avoid the things happen in future.
