If you're not too focused on attack speed then you could dump the lacunis for crafted bracers which will leave your dps the same(assuming 280dex/6crit) but increase your ehp (assuming rolled vit/ar or lr). Then you could replace your current mh ring for a pure dps ring. This is probably the cheapest option. You could also change you ef but you would literally have to camp the AH to max bid 2b 12++ 0.25 ls echoing furys(assuming someone does'nt max bid it before you), but wouldn't recommend this option as i myself have been doing the same thing for about a month now with no luck.( Definitely came across a few 12++ dex ls slot ef's but always never fast enough to max bid it even when its at 1day12hr time)

None of my crafted bracer can beat it yet. and yes I take into account on the IAS. I think will try to find a replacement for the ring 1st. see how it goes. Btw thanks for the opinion.
