you need more dex. The first thing I would advise is to get your chest's gem to as big as possible. That is 72dex from there.
both your weapon are with very low or not dex at all. The EF is Str roll instead of dex roll, and you lost quite some edps there, be it LS/OS or OS/CD or even LS/CD
Glove aim at least dual-fecta. you lost quite some edps from there although it packed with high ehp.
bracer can be better, aim at least a 5%CC

Lastly, Weapon: This is my barb weapon, no idea what to upgrade hence borrow it for now. Should i got for dual LS or just OS/CD enough but both option cost a boom, still finding a way to fund my monk

IMO, use Enchantress or Scoundrel for more DPS since you don't really need Templar to tank.

u farm using monk? IMHO, if for lower MP, you don't need the spike Crit Damage too much since you will "overkill" the elites. Steady stream of damage by using Ruby might benefit more in lower MP.

Use of D3UP might help you decide as well. And why blinding light rune bro? For MP 3, just use empowered wave.

MP3 sometimes can't one/2 hit kill those elites... e.g shielding.. later I try empowered wave also put rad/marquise ruby..

if cannot 1-hit on WoL:BL (1x829%) @ 75SP, make it 2-hit WoL:EW (2x829%) @ 80SP.
