but I need some sort of mobility skill to be fit in, kinda slow without TR or DS.

thunderclap = mobility + damager. can drop crippling wave as backlash are doing the AOE.

Thinking the same thing, will give it a shot tonight bro. Might drop implosion as well, to be replace with DS. The AOE from CW is nice IMO...

yup, fleet foot to replace owe for mobility

both exploding palm & cyclone strike are both big spirits spender, and the spirits regen is mainly rely on rising tide. So look like WoL is impossible to incorporate into your build.

can try this build and see it work or not:

for group of mobs, crippling wave + backlash + cyclone strike all AoE damage should able to clear them fast;

for single target, use tunderclap + flesh is weak + sweeping wind + cyclone strike (once spirits is up) to do the job;

i think this combo should have less problem on spirit regen vs spending.

for passive skills, if can let go STi and OWE (if you have both ARMOR & AR from shield), then can go for fleet foot, exalted soul & combi strike since we have FoT & Crippling Wave here.

Kinda tricky to play that setup. I just swap the mantra to MoC, everything melt. Sigh, i really wanna make full use of Backlash. It just seem not possible to kill elites fast enough.
Mind you this is just on mp9, not even mp10 lol

And since I have only 1 LS, seems like i am force to opt for WoL for the burst healing. Single LS won't be enough with my level of dps, although my EHP is high.

do you mean the lightning flash setup? Like i said bro, its not the problem with trash mobs, its the elite kill time. Without Overawe and spirit spender like WoL for example, it is too slow ti kill an elite pack even in mp9 lol.

I'm not aiming at Ninja build or whatsoever. Its more like AoE centric build up. CW/Backlash/CS/Cyclone, all contribute to aoe damages. No point go all out Dodge build if the elemental damage is unavoidable. Plus, I can't use GP since I'm not DW.

I havent bro. Will give this a test run. But, without SR regen items or Spirit on crit generator, it would be difficult to manage your spirit pool.

Even with SR passives, you will still need base SR (4++) from equipments to fully utilize the passives.

Nonetheless, i'll give this a shot and report back
