as for skill, Exalted Soul (+100 spirit, +1regen) with no significant spirit generation beside the main attack is a waste. If you are not using Tempest Rush 2H Skorn build, 4 piece inna is optional. we normally use TWH, (mempo or tal chest) for 2piece bonus.

try to observe how long does you take to fill the pool back full with and without the ES. the utilization of the passive is low if your spirit generation is low.

Why? ES spirit regeneration is fixed at 1 right? So doesn't it mean that u just get 1 extra spirit per second?
with 250spirit pool & no significant spirit regen from other skills/items, you will take more time to refill back the spirit, which, translate into poor passive utilization. the following are skills that helps the spirit regen: FoT:Quickening (15 spirit on crit) Mantra of healing: circular breathing (3 spirit per sec) SW: inner storm (3 spirit on max stack) Breath of Heaven:Infuse with light (8 spirit per enemy you hit for 5 sec) passive: Chant of Resonance (2 spirit on mantra) The guardian Path (35% spirit on 2H)
basically he sayin that u likely regen spirit quite slow with your primary attk.. so need so much max spirit... just fill up abit spirit then use... rinse and repeat
i personally feel its necessary only if u using TR and while tr your spending is more than regen... so u have 200 spirit to tr until next bunch of creeps to regen it back...
anyway try quickening rune for spirit generation. its awesome.
okay so if I drop exalted soul. What passive do I replace it with? Lol..

combo strike for extra 8% buff per main main attack type Guiding light for 20% buff in coop fleet foot if you want to run faster NDE for more aggressive playstyle TGP for more dodge pacifism for CC effect
this idea come when doing key farming.frequently stopped by pack of white mob. by then here who like to farm seek and destroy and those who love to do mass kill. combination of main skill that make it happen:
Dealdly Reach - Keen Eye - for your security of coz increase armor Mantra of Evasion - Backlash - slashing mob around you Tempest Rush - Bluster - just use to re-position your self at safe spot or run seek more mob

use FoT:lightning flash (more dodge!) instead of DR:keen eye. You don't want to get hit instead of hoping for damage reduction from getting hit.
