if i gear my wiz, i will not aim for all-rounder build can perma-freeze, with high EHP, high DPS, high etc etc..
i say cheap is for optimal build just enuf for perma-freeze nia lor... defense paper type.

Strongly depends on the SR 1.XX, if 1.1 = mampus
WoL% also partly but not a big deal.
Reason: those who use SoJ are either very strong or in a TR set. for TR set SpiritRegen is the most concern.

In summary, what myself and @feedoe trying to figure out was, does soj and inna belt %holy damage modifier will directly affect the damage of holy base skill such as WoL

WoL:wall of light rune

Damage:1202% weapon dps
Element Type: Holy

so does 16% holy damage modifier from SoJ and Innas Favor (Belt), increase the initial 1202% additively or even multiplicative?

I know for sure the 16% of those 2 items will go into you pDPS.

And i believe only item with this kind of affix;

Lightning skills deal 15–25% more damage

which was taken from WKL, will increase the lightning base skill by X% amount

Elemental damage is not paper DPS so yes more elemental damage = more damage from WoL since elemental damage is added to your weapon DPS.

Weapon Black damage range, X

Bonus Weapon DPS after elemental damage modifier, Y = X * x% elemental damage

Weapon DPS after elemental damage modifier, Z = Y + X

WoL damage = 1202% * Z

There you go....
