I was looking for a set of tiny minimalistic speakers and stumbled across this Stripy speakers, designed for your iPod!

It comes in a very iPod-esque packaging...

Can be positioned to stand upright...

Or rotate it 180 degrees to have the speakers facing towards you...

There's a knob that lets you control volume, adjust bass and treble level, as well as muting the speakers. The light will change from pink to blue/green/red accordingly.

All in all it's a great set of mini speakers, of course this is no Bose but for AUD$99, you can't complain. Its sleek polished aluminium finish makes it a great companion for your digital music devices. smile.gif More info here: http://musicstudio.com.au/

P.S. - Don't get it from AudioCubes.com, for some reasons they're selling it for USD$189. rclxub.gif

Honestly the sound quality is far from great, but it's respectable for its size. Have you ever heard any of those portable iPod speakers from Altec Lansing, say the iM3? I'd say they sound pretty much the same. smile.gif

Not sure if it's available in Malaysia, I'm sorry. But you can grab it from several online stores. smile.gif

Edit: If you happen to have the PowerMate from Griffin Technology, it goes pretty well with the speakers too! biggrin.gif

Yes, 3.5mm jack, hook right up to your iPod or the dock.

Unfortunately yeah, it gets kinda smudgy, but hey, you don't always touch your speakers do you? tongue.gif
