So far all my past experiences with Pos Laju at KLIA has been great. Only thing I can't control is how many times they want to charge me for custom clearance... Eg. They can charge me custom clearance 8 times for all my 8 parcels or one time only as a big lot.... Every lot the processing fee is RM49.80 plus another I don't know how much because the value is above RM1000 or something like that... I received the letters this morning, filled it up and faxed to them. Within 30mins I get a call from Pos Laju KLIA asking me to fax them the invoice. Yes it is a very small office they work in but I have to say they are pretty efficient. (I was there once to clear customs myself long ago...) Yeah and the phone sometimes is very frustrating, keeps rininging but nobody picks up. Bro your shipment also processed at Pos Laju KLIA? yeap, also KLIA. i fax yesterday but nobody call me. i went to post office just now, they will call the KLIA for me.
