Cant imagine staying there because of the traffic congestion sweat.gif

Short visits to Nilufar, is the only reason I stop by Scott Garden.

That doesn't add value nor makes sense, congestion is never a good thing.

The traffic is just passing through, as opposed to going towards.

JB waterfront city comes to mind, massive traffic passing by from the causeway, somehow nobody visits, it's now abandoned.

Thanks to it's "strategic" location in JB city center, every visitor to Johor can see that eyesore

Mostly anglers go there for fishing these days sweat.gif

Scott Garden asking price is high compared to the surrounding area.

RM450k is single story terrace house territory.

Quick such on iProperty can find few landed properties in that range.
