Scott garden is the only mixed development at the whole old klang road...on the main road.

There are parklane after 2 years...200 shoplot...

but puchong now flooded with Thai Siam. I scared they are a dude.

Well the jam is really caused by scoot gardens than the BKT shop. I been using that road for years and the congestion started since those pubs at scott garden become wong.
Btw.. scott garden residence still only 0.1% occupied, based on my night light observation.

I would not say those road side stalls are blameless.

However, those stalls had been there for years.
I have been using that road for the past 10 years, and before SG the situation was not so bad.
Only after the pubs at SG started then the congestion became really bad.

have a very bad experience for that particular road , especially the BKT part. my bumper get kiss by the car behind, when the traffic have slow down, the fella couldn't make it in time. If you look at the road design, is kind of like bottle neck, which cause road user some confusion also. hv to be extra careful when travel over there. Plus the illegal parking , with all the patrons left the car by the road side which cause the major congestion. Something have to be done over there.

Looking at the SC residency, seem not much occupants. Even at night, u can notice there is only 1 or 2 house is light on, while others remain dark. Only the surrounding light make it brighter for the whole building. Always travel from sunway to cheras using NPE highway.

No doubt the pub over there very ONG , with the aheemm ahemm thing around haha. 

0.1% of 1000units = 1units, so your assumption is 1unit light on? I dun think SG got 1000units.

btw when they got VP? just wait and see.

I always go SG do gym, I can see more than 1 light on.    But the light on is less than 10%.

So I assume alot do renovation? Honestly, I wonder how many people like to stay in SOHO? For me definitely NO.

Well a picture is worth a thousand words. Only 2 or 3 units with light on. This is just now. During my initial posting there was really only 1 unit with light on.
