Yeah I like how it looks too actually. And part of the fountain ID on the retail podium. But I don't have a clue how the inside looks like of the soho units.

Scott Garden asking price is high compared to the surrounding area.

RM450k is single story terrace house territory.

Quick such on iProperty can find few landed properties in that range.

just see the link u provided, indeed a better purchase than scott condo. but need to renovate as the condition is old. Capital appreciation definitely on landed single storey in a long run.

asking 480k to 500k lo brother, facing west may b 460k or can say Got price, no market cos evening sun,very hot..u never been there?

i think he wanna say rawang got price , got market property compare to Scott.
If the location also cant compete with others, i wonder where is the property got price n got market nowadays

i like the location. near the junction to taman desa. very near to mid valley.
i think the first phase buyer should enjoy good cap appreciation.
