AGM can ban african alrdy , why not ban thais/vietnamese tenant ?

Believe majority of owners preferred/prioritize high rental yield over price appreciation else current tenants profile won't exist.

Property agent this area also key point. some of them only do club/pub business , then this kind of agent should ban from scott garden residence

price average now at rm370k
if lelong rm280k also nobody bid , then u know what's going on the next

Both very similar approach to loft and bachelor concept. But surrounding and connectivity really does a lot to property value

SCOTT GARDEN is like a pasar malam and filled with drunkards. You should read about all the fighting that has happened there. Not once...but many times!

The apartments are nothing special either. Facilities look very old. I was interested in buying one 2 years ago... and went to see closely. Good thing I didnt buy.
