go get a job in mnc. nod.gif

personally, I find most doctors give bad advice, they rely more towards medication than healthy living habits which includes having a good diet and a good amount of physical activities.

if one goes out of the country and travel around to places such as thailand and vietnam, even to taiwan, korea, japan. You'll hardly find a population that is as unhealthy as ours.

Hence it's not hard to draw a conclusion that the food in Malaysia generally sucks as it's either too oily or too much sugar. Deswai people here are up in arms against anything that will affect their sedentary lifestyle, such as cutting down the subsidies for petrol(People have to walk more) or sugar (People will drink less teh tarik) laugh.gif

I'm still learning most of this btw, have a personal goal to achieve within 6 months before I go to Thailand.

I did think about creating something that caters to people that chooses healthy living in Malaysia, but I guess that wouldn't work unless most people here change their mindset first.
