DO u think humidifier helps baby to sleep well? My bb always seems to have blocken nasal hence making him breathing not smooth. Do you think a humidfier helps? Thinking of getting Osim uMist Baby which in promotion now which cost RM188 QUOTE Hydrate with ultrasonic technology
The uMist Baby’s ultrasonic sound wave energy breaks up water into extremely fine mist that protects you from the dehydrating effects of the air-conditioned environment. With better air quality all day, preserve your body’s (skin, nose, throat and nasal passages) hydration level for better well-being.
Designed with you in mind
Compact and user-friendly, the soft glow of the night light feature gives you easy access to better air quality at all times.
Aromatic mist
Enhance your revitalising environment by adding your favourite scent to the humidifier for fragrant, moisturising air. What do u think?

humidifier only moisturize the air. Do not use scented air humidifier. Cheap ones might cause even more allergy to your baby's nose.
You should get panasonic air purifier. There are a range of them. More expensive ones have more function. This, I think is better in providing clean and healthy air.

Malaysia is a humid country, if worry air con dryness, normally I put a cup of water in the room so that aircon do not fully absorb human water. I guess baby is more due to bed mites and dust for sensitives. I guess purifier is suits, anyway I have sharps for both living and rooms.

I just use nasal spray or saline drops... Unless your room is really dry (Air con room with dry settings), humidifier is just a placebo effect.

How old is your baby? If he/she below 1 years old, it is normal if they breath with sound because the nose valve is narrow. If that persist, visit pediatrician.
Air purifier and humidifier helps on better air quality (read the benefits). I uses them when the air is dry, air quality drop i.e. haze and when someone has cold who sleep in the same room.

well, i think humidifier really helps in soothing your baby especially when they have blocked nose. I bought 1 unit of philips nano tech humidifier. They are good, even price is not cheap. But they will not emit vapor directly into the atmosphere, and thus will not dampen the furniture, which is a good feature to me. My baby sleeps in air-cond room (too hot if no aircond) and dried the air (i measured, when aircond is on 25 degree, the humidity drops to 40%). So when i use the humidifier the room humidity increases to 60%. Doctor advices that 60% humidity is the best humidity level for human
