Personally, DBA is not a best bang for buck unless it is from Ivy League or Oxbridge. It is sensible to take DBA if you plan to stay in academia or already or plan to be hired by management consultancy giants (BCG, McKinsey)
Then again they won't give much hoot for a DBA from Segi.
