Haven't been on the forum in a while so I'm sorry if what I'm asking is lame.

My phone seems to keep restarting on its own. Don't think there was a software update or anything to trigger this.

Anyone else encounter the same thing?

Had a look and can't seem to find anything peculiar. The thing is, it's happening to both my wife and my SGN2 as well.

And look what just happened, my phone turned itself off just for fun.

Sigh ... I'm asking here and hoping anyone has any suggestions/same experience.

My note 2 keeps restarting on its own. I don't think its a problem with the battery cause sometimes, it'll just freeze first before restarting.

I don't have any "jack sparrow" apps on the phone so I don't think it's a virus or anything.

Is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance guys.
