hi guys... anyone can share dealer they have used before for yoobao and other powerbank brands? looking for a dealer who is reliable and offer good price.

first choice is yoobao. 11200 which is the long march model. got 2A port. if other brands, ideally also like long march with 2 ports.

i noticed sometimes the quote link (original post link -- the little square box at bottom right of the quote box) is not 100% accurate. sometimes i end up at the next page. have to go one page back to see the original post. maybe some posts got deleted in between and caused the pages to run or something?

i have powerbank. week days, usually the power bank is not used coz my phone is most of the time connected to my computer (so it gets charged). but some days where i need to run around with the phone, then ya... towards evening, i use the powerbank (coz my day usually ends around 11pm -- so phone battery needs to last till then). also i dun like to see my battery % drop below 50%.

on weekends, ya, i find the powerbank useful. i have the Yoobao Long March with comes with 2 ports -- 1A and 2A. so, very good. can also use to charge other devices.

ya, i get about 1100mAh or so with yoobao 2A port. but i noticed sometimes adjust the cable a bit can change the readings. so, for me... i dun bother with it that much these days. as long as i can get above 1000, i'm happy.

my Long March came with the long microUSB cable. lately, it din seem to give me a good reading. so i started using another yoobao cable (really short one which requires us to plug in the different heads). i'm getting better reading with that cable but its sooooOOOOoooo short. *sigh*

yup, yup... i got one as welll... many thanks once again for sharing this discovery! its good.

but if i have to complain... my unit... i find it sometimes hard to insert into the 3-pin socket... dunno why...

actually, the design reminds me of the s2 charger... 1 piece. not those that you can separate out the USB cable.

guys... sometimes i read about the wakelock, the roms, etc... i gather that the main reason is to extend the battery life and let the phone last as long as possible on a single charge.

the thing is... do you guys also do the same for say... your car? do you guys go and learn to drive efficiently, plan out your route daily, avoid jams where possible, etc?

if one does that for the car (petrol consumption), chances are, you will save more money than doing what you're doing for the phone. no?

plus, i'm one of those that believe that if one wants to take care of the battery, then the battery should remained 'fully' charged as much as possible (fully here could mean like staying at 95% charge). draining battery till like 5% each day will only make the battery 'die' faster, no?

it's a slow day for me... so decided to test out Swiftkey's Tilt function... Tilt function = tilting the phone to type...



yup... it's NOT AN APRIL FOOL'S JOKE.

to get the function:
1. type tilt
2. long press on the word prediction
3. select the SWIFTKEY TILT option

tried it for less than 1 minute... you gotta be really crazy or have nothing to do to actually wanna type this way. as you can see from my screenshot above... i could hardly form a sentence. the ball was going all over the screen.

if answer diff thing also can ask politely for clarification... no need to say "mabuk ka"?

i think this one also FB chief Mark Z also admitted... at one time, he was telling his team to use Android and feel the pain Android users are feeling.
