downloading omega v16 now... but so far the rom that impress me is still that Phoenix... his mods/tweaks/custom are A LOTS!!!

Actually if you go through the list in detail you will find most custom rom have it or similar. Just that he list it all out, makes it optional and it looks long.

The one rom i see that have more special tweaks is Alliance.

not really, the phoenix have some special mods... 240dpi, UI grid mods, full lang pack for input which very impressive also his own sense theme...

First time I flashed monx, the phone was literally stuck after a day, no idea why. Second time with monx, there's some bug with some applications, causing the phone to be constantly awake. But not sure if others has it la, just based on my experience.

Well 240dpi is nothing special, not gonna use it but its easy to implement on other rom as well. Lang pack not useful cos i think all our language we need already there. Sense theme is subjective to the user's taste and WTH is UI grid mods? No matter cos i dun use stock launcher.

One reason i mention Alliance is cos he have tweaks similar to simplistic and can be very useful for people that does not have simplistic to begin with. And you dun need to flash simplistic that will mess up the original theme.
