Any reasons why and what it does?
Sorry for asking a futile question.

QUOTE(AccelTech @ Mar 26 2013, 03:32 PM) As per title, anyone here takes Amino Powder during pre and post workout? Very fast absorption, means it's good if you didn't have anything to eat preworkout due to time constraints. It's rapid acting enough for intraworkout. Promotes fat loss, prevents muscle loss on a caloric deficit. Any reasons why and what it does? Sorry for asking a futile question. |

There are heaps of different amino acids such as leucine, glutamine, valine, etc etc. Different BCAA/EAA products have different combinations (eg. xtend v aminolast v amino1 and so on).
Should read up on each of them then see which is best you think. |
