if it is only like this, by any means u can grab it..no problem.. and since its lower than market price u can ask for higher valuation and in the end u pay lesser in downpayment.. in some extreme cases no need pay anything at all but i hardly think would happen these days...

but from my experience any property sell lesser than market value got something wrong 1.. haha... im not trying to scared u..  cool2.gif  cool2.gif

yea... agreed with u. but sometimes, it's because the owner need money urgently. i know some ppl where they sell car and house urgently with below market price so that they have money to pay for the parent's hospital bill.

Hi Forumers,

Just want to ask your opinion as per the topic title..you see i have been renting this apartment at rm800 monthly for past few months, and recently owner ask me if i'm interested to buy from him @rm200k price. He said not selling to other ppl.

Cahaya Permai Apartment
Location is near Jusco Taman Equine/ Pasar Borong Selangor.
869sqft.
The condition is ok, still new since just completed about 2 years i guess.

Is it considered under market price/ cheap?or normal? (cheap as in vs market price & sqft ratio comparison, not referring to my affordability).

Any advise is welcome. icon_rolleyes.gif

if i remember correctly, 2013 still had 95 years. This is still a young apartment.

Bank evaluation on July 2013 was 220-240k only, now should be increased already.
