Don't even try Silverstone. Hear like branded.
But quality worst.
I had try it twice (due to cheap price RM135 ea), both use around 1.5 years, then abnormal noise become very loud.
After checked. Found 3 of 4 tire get "bengkak" for 1st time, and 2 of 4 tire bengkak for 2nd time.
Don't even try it.
The other tire shop said only this Silverstone tire got such issue.

P/S: I am mild usage on driving, 70km per day only.

The branded brand is Bridgestone smile.gif
Silverstone has no affiliations with Bridgestone, AFAIK.

Better review abuot Michelin XM2... cause worth buying...

when it comes to performance only, ATR sport 2 will absolutely destroy the XM2.

you're comparing achilles top of the line street tire and Michelin's basic tire?
and guess what, Achilles is still cheaper than Michelin.

Cause Michelin PS3 are not just Performance.. it is consider at the range of Performance + Comfortable.. That why ... It can be good in cornering, and it also can provide comfortable, and the last point, it also help saving petrol consuption as well...
*
then why you recommended XM2?

when it comes to good cornering, care to elaborate?
you do know ps3 sidewall damn soft and people that hard corners won't like it right?

and you sure PS3 help save petrol?

im looking for tire for stock proton waja. any brand to look out? falken ok? silverstone?
any recommended brands? tq

I suggest you think of Goodyear TripleMax. Worry free....
Quite good grip and rarely let down in performance.
Reasonable price.
But don't take Silverstone as it's a nightmare.
Take Falken only if it tyre is Made in Japan. Other than Made In Japan, it's below expectation in performance and durability.
