Areola falling off, Help me pls~

Hi to all sisters out there, I'm having a problem with my areola.
Parts of my areola's skin is falling off, which is the skin surrounding my nipples. I can actually see the inner skin, which is fair in color underneath the areola. Does this ever happened to anyone out there? Please help me  |
