Hi guys,
Just wanna ask some opinion about chargers. I think my charger's busted. My batteries are not charging. Currently I've been using the Rm25 single cell charger that came with my torchlight a couple of years ago.  Just want some opinion on which charger that you all will suggest me to buy.
