 Reviews on Apple hifi, anybody using one ?

any die-hard fans of apple tried one of these???

looks the part but wonders if it sounds the part...
cos it's RM1999 which i can get pretty respectable hifi hardware....but won't look like this of course...

i've read the reviews some time ago in a magainze

it's a dissapointment they say. for the same price, u can get better setup from mid-high end brand names

and the deisng is plain too... nowhere near those ipods

For RM2000... you can have my aego 2 + SR-5 gold (with cheapo energizer) + M-Audio SuperDAC + AV-710.

ok maybe you can't but you get the idea biggrin.gif

hm... the stereo imaging would not be as nice as those 2.1 eh

i had tried wif this baby boomer.

Very powerful bassy. the Separation is on the detail. The Volume is very LOUD!

This is a Stereo speaker.. not center speaker output.

RM2000 for this?! hell no i am not goin to get this..
if u got extra money, this one could be a very Show-off decoration at ur dining room.

Place ur ipod on it..the music play immediately.. No fussy set-up or xtra cable needed..

show-off deco ? really not that worth it neh..

considering a frequency response that starts from 53Hz and what dinodog_Jr described as 'powerful bass', i would say this is some sort of a logitech-type bass. hardly what many of us would want tongue.gif

2k for this......seriously not worth the money..
you could get a pioneer mini hifi for RM899 which is ipod ready.
just plug it into the front panel port for ipod.

thats a more down to earth pricing.
