i regret buying laman midah as the unit is very hard to rent out compare the condo nearby.Fail investment

totally agree. There is another lower price apartment - prisma perdana, personally think worth it also.

Ya but prisma perdana is a bit weary and old for me.i still prefer laman midah as it more suitable for expatriates

Prisma perdana more to lower incomme earner i think but considering the cheap price and rental above rm1300 .worth to invest in as near HUKM and MRT Taman midah but i still prefer Laman Midah as the the price is not much different

yes but even 5 minutes walk i wont take as the management is suck and few break in

i bought one unit at Laman Midah last year.so far no problem to rent out rm1500.After 1 week i got the key and advertise in Star newspaper and rented out within a week .

What i like about this place is its very quiet inside and security is good . hope the price will increase lo..hehe

my unit even 2 months stil cant rent out.mostly tenants prefer prisma perdana.

i have spoken to HUKM staffs "the nurse" said they all rent rooms at Prisma Perdana, because nearer to HUKM but security side is not good due to African people...is that true?

anyone interested in Laman Midah can contact me...I have one unit on hand sell RM338k, condition good... still can negotiate...the apartment is will maintain, security friendly and nice...and is freehold somemore

I am owner of prisma perdana.
not many african...
Mix. Chinese, Malay etc..
for foreign people, many China Chinese stay in there.
then doctor from other country and nurse etc.

Yes, I am an owner too. Majority of the local residents are chinese and malay with many doctors and nurses from HUKM. As for foreign residents, majority are from middle eastern countries or pakistan/bangladesh and they are professors and doctors in HUKM. Only a very small % of other foreigners.

As for rental yield, a fully furnished unit with air-conds can fetch in between RM1,500-1,800 per mth.

actually this is a great buy, I buy during 2014, that time price around 200k, now transacted 400k, for me a good buy, as this place is well manage, residence is friendly, rental also not bad around 1500 average for this place
