i regret buying laman midah as the unit is very hard to rent out compare the condo nearby.Fail investment

totally agree. There is another lower price apartment - prisma perdana, personally think worth it also.

i though last time the developer bankrupt already? how easy to handover. got indiuidual title?

Ya but prisma perdana is a bit weary and old for me.i still prefer laman midah as it more suitable for expatriates

i know, i just suggest to other for those having lower budget yet need acceptable environment.

Prisma perdana more to lower incomme earner i think but considering the cheap price and rental above rm1300 .worth to invest in as near HUKM and MRT Taman midah but i still prefer Laman Midah as the the price is not much different

yes but even 5 minutes walk i wont take as the management is suck and few break in

i bought one unit at Laman Midah last year.so far no problem to rent out rm1500.After 1 week i got the key and advertise in Star newspaper and rented out within a week .

What i like about this place is its very quiet inside and security is good . hope the price will increase lo..hehe

no balcony for my unit but they do have a small yard to sun dry your clothes

my unit even 2 months stil cant rent out.mostly tenants prefer prisma perdana.

i have spoken to HUKM staffs "the nurse" said they all rent rooms at Prisma Perdana, because nearer to HUKM but security side is not good due to African people...is that true?

Actually my previous agent call me last month if i want to sell.he can push upto rm380k.I am still considering.What do u think?sell now or after velocity and mrt completed?
