I though it is recomendded to have at least 1 nandroid backup incase anything happen we can revert back. or can we just delete the nandroid backup and only do backup when want to flash ROM/kernel

Each of a Nandroid backup takes up to ~1.5GB (in my case). Better to keep only the latest backup in your phone.
*
I didn't delete all. Still keep the 1st and most recent 2 nandroid ...
That free up quite some space.

But I am still wondering why storage analyse says I have more available storage???

i'm very new to all these root stuff.. and i was wondering..
which is the best rom or stuff to root in nexus4??
=s
*
Frankly there isn't any best ROM.. Just which suits you better. Best is to try it yourself. You can't go wrong with some of the popular ROM like Cynogenmod, AOKP, Xylon or Paranoid Android.

Personally off all I feel Paranoid Android offer the most fancy and cynogen being the most stable.

However, personally I am running on Xylon which has a little of everything. Just nice for my use.

Best try it yourself bro. Enjoy....

i can try, but i afraid it will somehow crash the original firmware and make the phone won't be able to start up or something worse =(
*
Always do a nandroid back up before you try anything. Good to keep at least a stock nandroid.

On top of that use titanium backup to keep a copy of all your apps and content.

With these 2 in place you can be pretty assured. Flash away!

Have not find anything different from previous version so far... According to banks most of the change located inside the ROM not cosmetic.

Not sure if it is only me. But notice the screen color looks kinda different now...

Screen color looks how?

Color in this 2.5 looks more washed out. Not as sharp as previous release..

No wipe's needed for flashing supersu, that said you'll need install busybox too.
*
Actually what does this busy box for and do?

Although I am rooted and flashed with xylon, I do not have busy box...

Busybox is preinstalled in all custom ROMs, you'll only need to install it if you're coming from stock ROM.
*
I am running on xylon but don't see reinstalled busy box?

Also I am using titanium back up. What would the impact be without busy box installed?

Any advice?

On top of that I also feel that battery consumption is worse in AOKP vs Xylon...

I feel that nexus 4 battery life is good when I didn't look at the battery static and SOT,I always expect 5 hours SOT,but now I realise that I'm expecting too much for nexus 4 powerful device(one of the smoothest phone I had ever used) yet it can even make it to 4 hours SOT,I just learned not to compare battery life and enjoy the battery life instead

Couldn't agree more...
