if you take kill quests (Red Tags) you can cap no problem. to break parts - just keep slashing on the specific part and it will break. different monsters have different breakable parts. if you are farming for a certain mat - you usually neet to break a certain part for a chance to get it (eg - if you need amber tusks, you need to break barioth's tusks to get it)

upgrade your wroggi armor - should be easier for you to target parts after that

and yes - after download, can play whenever you want

the place you crafted - there is an option to upgrade. just upgrade as much as you can. that armour can last for quite a while wan after upgrading.

gunner armor tough, easy to faint. i also fainted many times when bowing

and to think that once upon a time, you used to look down at us melee wielders

i think it only applies to bombs that you placed. remember last time when we bullied ala urgent we all needed to gem in bombardier?

i don't have the XL version....but, i bring my 3DS out with me daily and try to sneak in a hunt or two in the office. i don't bring the CPP with me and i've learnt how to use to touchpad directional button (adjusted so so many times before it fitted me perfectly). i also purposely don't choose an underwater battle.

if i am out for a hunting session with my buddies then i bring the cpp

definitely worth the investment - not only does it make hunting easier, it also eases the grip for extended play.

i usually gather spiderwebs from Moga Woods day time, area 3 - just outside the entrance of the area 4 cave there is usually a white butterfly spot. you can gather about 3 spiderwebs here. sometimes area 9 has a spiderweb spot too. then whenever you are hunting in Flooded Forest, in area 1 where you can climb up a slope leading to area 8 - sometimes there is a gathering spot, also spiderwebs. and yes - misty peaks at area 3. just keep gathering everytime you are at those area - you'll have a nice collection

well, i can speak for my gang - Wilds, madmoz, well, niksyaz. we not fussy about HR pairings. still can play together wan, no problem

try some of the solutions suggested by Nintendo, it seemed to have worked for me

at lobby, when you access Friend List, you press Y to message your friend.
if you're in a room already, press Minus, go to the last tab (Network? can't remember the name) and choose Friend List, inside there also got messaging options

when a host DC, all the members DC also wan.....so sometimes not your connection fault
