What's the rationale in recabling anyway? Isn't the driver that's most important?

That's just the appreciation thread..And by no mean to discredit Pcwork taiko, I need to know what's the rationale of doing so..

Wow..One of the mods on KSC75 had some kinda wiring covering the drivers only..that's pretty cool..I just did some drilling on mine, aka Kramer mod, and it really sounded much better..Now I'm pondering whether I should do the quarter mod, because that actually exposes my drivers to dust.

Go get some HD 414 yellow pads..Those probably will fit with KSC 75..Which some people did as a form of mod..

Don't go for the PX200 pads..It doesn't make KSC 75 any better..In fact, makes it worse..

The yellow pad thing is not cheap o...I think like 15USD or so..
