Hi!

I have a curiosity here..

Yesterday I try to turn on my xbox 360 Slim, it won't turn like normal..
After touch the front button panel, got Green Light in 1 sec then nothing on display..and Yes, the xbox not operating..

Does anybody have symptoms like this?

Info:
- mine is Model 2.0
- No Hard Disk
- Play Fifa 2012 only

UPDATED:

Went 2 shops, both shops tested my power bricks, but unlucky me, it is not the power bricks, but the Xbox Slim damaged..

Both shops talk same thing to me:
1. Power regular in house effects the constant power of xbox board, result the board damage
2. Previous before this happen, I admitted that the Xbox produce flickering graphic.. at first I suspect my LCD, but then after the Xbox died, just knew the Xbox produce it..

Conclusion:

If you found out ur Xbox getting flickering, please be aware, it is time u have to change a new Xbox..

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

- The shop make my version become jtag..
- Everything back to normal

Is it a modded console?

The power brick light is what color during that time?

the power brick begins with oren --> green --> red light..

Then it's the brick being faulty. Just try another power brick. It might solve your problem. Just make sure your another power brick is not those ciplaks

really? I almost send my xbox for repair.

where to find the power bricks? I dont know how to find it.. can suggest me a shop that can be trusted?

ohhh , my xbox360s also encounter this kind of problem .. but my power brick is in orange colour ... hmmm .. anyone know how to deal with it ?

Easiest way is still test it out with other console set's power brick

just an update.. brought the console to shop, the make my version become jtag.. and my PROBLEM SOLVED!


will double confirm with you guys where the shop.. i forgot already..

By modding your console to JTAG, you're loosing the ability to go online, and gained the ability to run any software you wish to and to play *ahem games* which is not allowed to be discussed here....

Anyway.... congrats for the revival.

I never knew that.. but, emm.. this consider the shop lie to me? they never inform me about this..

Since I already pay and accept the service, cant turn back time..

Could be miscommunication or they do wanted to make big buck on you since JTAG service is not so cheap....

Better send your console to a reputable shop or upfront tell them you want the console to online.
