Colo = PVP coloseum which opens at 9pm and 11pm everyday
Arena = PvE Arena where you form 10 man raid to fight 7 bosses.

You can start do RHM dee....if need...go get all lvl 50 eq first for now...

at dungeon grader. alberta and prontera there have the npc. 100 vp for low grade. 500 vp for high grade.
