We understand that the server gives out a "server too busy to process your request" message during peak hours. This generally happens when there is > 1000 users simultaneously connected to the server and > 500 users retrieving information from the server.

We've studied the situation, and we'll be doing some minor upgrades in the weeks to come to address the issue. Please bear with us till then.
