Hi guys, I just bought an Ipad 4, it is fine when using WiFi, everything working good, until I slot in my Maxis Broadband Micro SIM and on the 3G.

The Ipad can be connected to internet using 3G without WiFi, but there is a black screen pop up, it is in full screen (the status bar on top still can be seen, even cant close it by pushing home button), and there is "Please Wait" on it, with 2 buttons, which are "Accept" and "Cancel", which button I click, the Black screen disappear and appear immediately, after few times repeat, the black screen will become only have 1 button, which is "Close", after I click it, the Ipad working normal with 3G, but after half a minute, the same thing happen.

Even if I didn't click any button, the black screen will disappear itself and appear the same thing non-stop.

Anybody having the same problem? I have latest IOS 6.1.3

Thanks

Performs a soft reset and also reset your network settings, if the problem still persist then perform the iOS restoration. Make sure you fully backup your I device before restoring the iOS.

Thanks for the reply, the problem is resolved, is just simply the problem with Maxis SIM Card, i change the new SIM card and everything works fine.
