Malaysia's fastest supercomputer is from TNB, I think.

It appeared on the list at 83 and 84 rank with 2048 CPUs.

maybe 20 yearst from now u guys can buy it at less than rm1000 for the whole rig.... look at p4 3.0 cost... hahahaha...

High end PC nowadays are about 2-3 times the supercomputer back then in 1980s. Its about 20yrs++ so ur statement make sense.

wonder if it can run on windows xp or vista leh??? lol... by the way, i guess this kind of pc only meant for running certain app that custom made for it which is maybe useless for most of us... look at unix server... still so ugly...

The supercomputer is only meant for research and a very large project that need computation to be done in less time. Research for example to determine what would happen next to our earth.
