Flash as well as any other graphic software is self learned by trial and error. I don't think there is any institute in Malaysia that can teach you from A-Z in flash. Tutors in these field are mostly lazy bums who only picks some tutorial from some chapalang website and give it to the students to do it themselves. If you just want to learn this software and not getting a degree or dipoma, i suggest you just buy a book or better, download tutorials from the net yourself instead of wasting money in these institutions. And if you don't understand some of the tutorials, you can always seek help from your friends who knows flash.
