wut bios they flash for u is u want to support bigger drive above than +130GB must used EvoX M8 + bios plus LBA48 patch than u can used the rest of the space ..... happy trying

well my xbmc known my bios as evox m8 dont know it true or not....im regular at eurasia maybe lookin for the m8 plus bios later but then affraid to flash my bios and lost lot of stuff in drive f...when i install my evox hard disk installer i supposed to let all to f partition and nill to g drive so my Q is how to enable the rest of my harddrive without losing my f partition so how am i supposed to do that...anyway thanks n y not tell me ur xbox spec just for my knowledge...wat else ur mod xbox do....?

actually, u can check in evox whether got G drive or not...
some ppl said the evox m8+ bios supports >137 gb hdd...
there's one more bios which is the evox m8+ v16 fc 137...
both bios claimed to support >137 gb...
if u just bought an xbox recently, prolly ur bios is the same as mine...
dont just flash ur bios, scared ur xbox wont work...
that's what i did to mine, flash to x2 bios, now with djinn for reflashing back to evox...

thanks for the spec mate...well as far as i knoe i used the evox to format my hard drive before n one small mistake i made is put all to the f drive should have do to g drive instead but then still showing 123++onlyif i enable the g drive also cant be seen still browsing for an answer though...anyway my x box is 1.4ver that wat my xbmc told me...and bought it almost ayear and a half ago...it is m8 plus bios but then just need to knoe how to open up g drive....hehehehe

emm u try to used XB Partioner to partition .... i sugess to backup the F: before u do anything

there's an application u can install on ur xbox...the name is PBL if i'm not mistaken...this is for user that doesn't want to flash their modchip with another bios..PBL stands for Phoenix Bios Loader, like the pc one...what it does, u choose your custom bios for PBL, after the xbox blob loaded and ur modchip bios is loaded, it will run PBL, run the custom bios u selected and run ur main dash after that....try experimenting with it...
to be safe, take out your 160gb, put in back the reatil xbox hdd which is the 8gb one, than test it whether it works or not...

hohoho manage to figure it out with evox...edit bios flash it then only format g drive....so i dont loose anything and still get the extra 25++gb...anyway all thank for the help and keep the post alive by discussing wat new x box project is coming out....p\snot really a fan of unleash x more too xbmc...10.04.06 xbmc is out let test it together n report the bug at the usual place...help support our fellow modders..

well the latest build got lots of problem n they update it really quick now the 12/04/06 version came out n it rock my dear boy!!1 man i cant wait fer the 2.0 ver to came out....it very easy now to update the xbmc no need to put it under c drive already and just rename the xbe file and transfer xbmc folder to apps....well y dont u all try it the latest build n tell me the experiance bout new xbmc...

need to get my xbox back from Djinn, then oni can try...
btw, the new xbmc cvs comes with its own dvd player software right?
have played any dvd movies using xbmc directly?
does the new cvs read dvd menu?
the problem i had with the previous xbmc is playing dvd movie discs...
straight away play movie, cannot select from menu.
thats why xbmc only as my app, to watch divx stream from my laptop..
to watch dvd movie disc, i use dvd player software...

yup it came with it own player n for the first time its can read the menu but make sure it the latest build get from usual place...if u set up the way i am u can use xbmc as main dash n upgrade very easy no more deleted or cisturb ur c drive all in one folder in apps...watch out for the final realese comin soon...xbmc 2.0.0 final...upgrade will be twice a week if u wanna follow up the build by t3ch...enjoy

one more thing if u use firefox 1.5 right u can get an extension for it to copy a direct link of movie to be play on your xbox...go to x box scene for information,or search for xbmc fox...u might wanna check the ajax xbmc also both are for the firefox browser work find for me...try run the searc at google...happy trying.

updated on xbmc 17.04.06:do not turn on the x link kai enable or else you would not get on line the seem to be a problem with this build...just control link kai from pc as normal.....keep u all up dated on xbmc bug..

i try the 12.4.06 build. i hate the video resolution setting, if i set to 720p and the video source is around 4:3 it will stretch it. if using 480p but the video is widescreen it will be compressed. setting to auto will produce variable results, depend on video source without the option of "don't change aspect ratio" this won't work for me. going back to to 20.2.06 build.

yea they havent rectify that problem for hdtv...hmm i just stick with normal cable having no problem..check the latest build tech log maybe they already fix it....anyway there is some alternative xbmc that call pimp edition which you can get it from sky torrent it quite good....try it..
