We would like to inform all the gamers that the new season 2006 GXL Season 1 was rescheduled to begin with the registration opening on the Monday 1st of May 2006. The actual league rounds will begin on Tuesday 16th of May 2006.
This is the new list of games to be included in the new season:
PC Games
Counter-Strike 1.6
Warcraft III The Frozen Throne
Warcraft III DOTA Allstars 6.27b
FIFA
Battlefields 2
Age of Empires
XBOX
Winning Eleven 9
Dead or Alive 4
Project Gotham Racing 3
Note: GXL Management reserves the right to remove or add titles of the games to the current list.
The delay in the beginning of the league is caused by technical difficulties - we are looking to give the gamers a flawless experience in the new revamped GXL, inclusive the new website, new forum, etc. A lot of things wl change, but the beauty of the game mechanics will remain intact with the players being able to schedule the online matches during their own free time.
In the meantime all the gamers are welcome to post their ideas and suggestions for the new season in this forum - we are always glad to hear contructive ideas. (flaming will be relentlessly deleted)
