If not mistaken opposite Tribeca, near Dorsett Regency. Suddenly everyone wants to catch the MRT redevelopments.

Regent Hotel & Residences is above Avenue K... another part of town.

There are other parcels owned by some companies such as APLand/LowYat, TA Global, MCT Land, etc. YTL is building its new HQ next to Menara Keck Seng and Porsche BB.

Does anyone have any idea if this project has been launched yet? I just got an invitation to an exclusive preview of the project at their Hotel @ Jalan Imbi this 22 Sept. They say the preview is only limited to 60 pax (which I doubt so). Anyone got the same invite or going to the preview?

how tall was tribeca? this is only 30 storey with less than 300 units.

29 storey ( but add 5 more cos the carparks r double volume)

252 units total, 69 units studio 650sqf
the rest 2 bedroom

Up to level 5 are mechanical carparks, double volume so effectively 10 storeys.

Level 6 facilities

First launch level 7-11

I check out the studio, after 7+2% is RM1,753psf

Price inclusive of all ID works n fixtures such as chandelier in the showroom n furniture except ornament displays n accessories.

Free use one car space for all units including studio, not ownership of accessory lot, its different.

Not full service or managed lease at this stage. even the artist impression for rooftop facilities not out yet.

Check properly first before buying. This developer really problematic.Dorsett waterfront in Subang Jaya was cancelled coz developer misused their permit.

one of the worst developer in town ! be careful buying from them..dorsett subang(being halted),plaza damas(stop work),regalia(late delivery).

Learnt my lesson and wont buy from them anymore

In fact, I am contemplating not to use their lawyer but my own, does it help? Of course, I might forgo some benefits such as free legal etc.

At the back of brochure, they put fully owned by Far East Internationa, n the logo is Singapore Far East. So any diff from previous ones? Cos the land I know is owned by Far East.

think u r right.. the booking letter they asked us to sign is so one sided & covers them only, and allows alot of variations on their part. If they play monkey business later on, we cant sue them as we Re in their mercy cos the letter appoints their lawyer to act for us instantly

Their strategy is targeting more local or foreign buyers? For locals, I think there are many other better buys such as Star Residences or The Robertson.

Don't ever buy anything from Mayland and their associated companies. What they promised to Regalia buyers, most of them did not materialised during vacant possession and after after one year of taking our keys, the facilities are not running 100%.
With that kind of pricing for Dorsett, better buy from other reputable developer.

I work there. FYI this project by Dorsett Bukit Bintang Sdn Bhd. Fully-owned by Far-East Consortium listed in HKSE. Mayland is the marketing agent. Of course there are hiccups in any developments. Mayland is improving its quality from time to time based on the feedback received from its purchasers.

Anyway, Dorsett Bukit Bintang is Freehold, located in a prime area and it only cost from RM1,800 psf for fully-furnished units. Most of the new developments around the area are selling above the price we offer. With limited choices in Buking Bintang area, this is one of the best investment choice.

but u got latest price/lowest price unit. Developer get latest info always
