the cpu sync at 33.33 IS the pci-e lock. I sometimes get the crackle sounds too on my speakers at random
but my overclock is pretty much stable.[Problem]Why when i Overclock..., Sound got cackle and hang?

PCI-E lock leave it to 100.. DO NOT RAISE IT HIGH,YOUR PCI-E card MAY FRY upon rebooting.
