dunno whether to update or not. some people dun have prob and some might have. same goes to 6.1.2 some said ok some are not.

for now, iOS6.1.3 give me much more stable cellular/wifi connectivity... it seems as strong as iOS6.1... hopefully i'm not getting it wrong... will update here again
