hi guys.. bought myself s3 mini few days ago.. just want to ask.. is it normal to have my battery drain out during my sleep around 40%?

tested last night without any data/wifi being switched on.. brightness set to lowest.. before sleep around 90% (10.30pm).. wake up in the morning left 57% (6am)..

i saw battery consumption..indicate that android OS consume 63% during that time.. haha.. do i need to switched off some setting?

p/s: new to android.. forgive me for my noob~ sweat.gif

Even you switch of WiFi and Data it will still be the same.

Why don't you follow my advice and you'll see your battery life drains 3-8 % per night only ?

i already kick out some of my apps.. judge what apps running at the back at application manager.. already notice few improvement in battery life already..thanks! smile.gif

If after reset, and its still continue to auto restart, it's not normal. Cuz its never happened on any user here or
On any other of my Samsung phones.
*
typo during last post..after reset..had a few run full cycle test charge.. seems like no auto shut down occur anymore..

delete few battery eater apps..viber, facebook messenger, wechat..
minimize sync to google email and contacts only..
connected to GSM network only during sleep time..

wallah.. my battery just drop 2-3% overnight.. yeay! thumbup.gif

Thanks to all for advice.. now my battery life and cycle seems more stable..

QUOTE(girl83 @ May 4 2013, 06:57 PM)
