Normally you can set this at settings of any keyboard you use

My time and date also reset sometime after i remove my battery for more than 2 mins - happens for my s3 mini

Yes, if i tick enable automatic date and time, it will update itself automatically

if i didn't tick , i have to manually set it everytime i remove my battery

Oh. You mean if the internal battery damage then the time won't update automatically even if you tick auto update date and time?

Now i only know the motherboard is almost same as pc/laptop got internal battery
