UPDATE 20/3/2013

1. I did email to UK Fred Perry regarding the STYLE NUMBER, I ask them whether they have this BEFORE
(I emphasize "before" because the website representative told me that "[color=red]The stock we get are off-season, but we guarantee that it is real & new.
")

2. one of the member told me that,
QUOTE
"NONE of the fp store (except the main hq at uk) do authenticity check

if any of them does, it is an UNAUTHORISED check"

3. [b]After I got the reply from Fred Perry UK,
I forward the email to the website representative, let's see what's next !

I'm angry because they keep pushing away their responsibility,
because of their so call "reputation".And they want me, the consumer, to "makan kucing mati"

I guess not only a few people kena this case. From the first day I email them until now, almost one and a half month. I wont let them walk away so easy.

I will release THEIR NAME, and the conversations in between me them.

smile.gif Hi guys, I need helps from Fred Perry Fans.

Recently, I had purchase two M1200 Regular Fit Fred Perry from a Famous Branded Website.
( I guess everyone can see their advertisements from the right portion of Facebook Interface.
They mentioned at their website, their stuffs are 100% Genuine , to their customers. )

I had receive the parcel from them around 5th of FEB 2013 I guess.

These two Fred Perry are in black and navy blue.
I found out there are some differences with the Fred Perry from what I bought before.
No matter the Cutting, "wear feel", "touch feel", wash tag, address ABOVE the wash tag,and it's w/o watermarks.
It's Made In Portugal M1200 Regular FIT.

I did email them regarding the issue, communicated with them until today.
The website representative still telling me that, they brought their stuffs to "Pavillion FP Branch" to verify, and it's authentic.

And, they ask me to bring my purchased to verify whether it's authentic or not, if it's not, then they will fully refund.
So , I did. (I'm staying at JB, all the way travel to KL, just to verify.)
I went to KLCC branch, they told me it's not authentic, and told me about the collar size is too big.
After that, I get back to the seller, they still stand on their point and saying that the Fred Perry they sold to me are authentic.

Okay, so now i bring the case to here (Suggested by one of the FP seller from lowyat.)
(I wont mention the website link or name until I have 100% confirm my points.)

Guys, Please HELP ! notworthy.gif
