I should get around to updating this list now. Maybe as soon as the JiaYu S2 launches. On a side note though, this is probably the most exciting news of China phones for us in Malaysia.

Haha, I would never abandon this thread. Not for too long at least. I'll probably update every 6-7 months from now on. I've also started a blog now, which is where I will be most of the time.

As for best smartphone is RM500-600 bracket, I would recommend the iOcean X7 HD from Antelife.com. Costs $157, which is approximately RM522, and the remaining money should be enough for DHL or some other paid shipping. I'll put a link below.

so far so good. Battery life is long lasting.
I use to test kaw kaw at the shop lot with their demo set.
They also got a cheaper Blu Life Dash

And after play with it , I decide to take this with price is at RM750.,free screen protector and a TPU case.
Bought at USJ Summit 2nd floor ,A very hidden shop lot .

Oppo to Mark Official Arrival in Malaysia with N1 Smartphone Launch
by Pang Tun Yau , February 10, 2014

Looks like Malaysia is set to welcome another smartphone player. Unsurprisingly, it is another Chinese smartphone manufacturer. After Huawei and Lenovo making their name here in the Malaysian mobile industry, Oppo is set to mark its official arrival into Malaysia next week – and it’s bringing along quite an interesting smartphone to kick things off.

Oppo will be launching its highly interesting smartphone, the Oppo N1, in Malaysia next week. According to the media invitation, Oppo Electronics CEO William Fang will also be present to announce the company’s products. For now, it is only confirmed that the N1 will be launched here, while the company’s other products, such as the Find 5 – one of the world’s first 5-inch Full HD smartphones – may also make an appearance next week.

The Oppo N1 is the world’s first rotating camera smartphone announced in September last year, featuring a 13MP camera sensor that can be swivelled from the back to the front of the device. The sensor itself is a f2.0 13MP sensor with six-element lens. Apart from that, the N1 is a top-tier phablet with a 5.9-inch Full HD IPS screen and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 1.7GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM. Find out more about the Oppo N1 here.
