The camera loading is a known issue. Just needs to be fixed by pre-loading the camera at OS startup. (This needs to be done by Sony).

Laggy games could be attributed to a lot of things. Which game is laggy?

I can see that the OS feels unfinished and a lot of software optimizations aren't done by Sony. I expect this would be fixed by the time JellyBean 4.2 comes out.

All battery apps aren't actually good for your battery. Suggest just using Stamina mode and Greenify (needs root) to control how often your phone wakes up.
