Yes, i like Lock Screen Widget too... but seem like it doesnt work well in Xperia Z.

Try to notice, when you lock the screen with this app, sometime the screen still have 5-10% light on. Dont have this problem with S3 , only Xperia Z.

Do you encounter call issue? i mean when someone call you or you make outgoing call, the other party cant hear you (but you can hear them).
This happen to me after installed wechat after using it for couple of time.

For me, if i use wechat, when someone call me or i call my friend, they couldn't hear me until i reboot the phone. it happen frequently… at first i thought it was phone faulty, but at the end i found out it caused by wechat app.

WeChat app itself is fine… but wechat causing the phone difficulty for other party to hear me when i receive incoming call and outgoing call.
