the rom can be installed in locked bootloader device bcauz they r using stocked based kernel
only rom come with custom kernel can be installed in unlocked bootloader

whn u update u will loss all ur mod including root
u will need to root again, n install the mods again

most probably u can re-root but sometime sony will patch the security hole
so u cannot obtain root in locked bootloader, but it is confirmed .434 firmware
can be rooted even if u r locked bootloader laugh.gif

unable to change 2 black UI
but can be fixed with proper framework.apk ,
bcauz the new framework.apk is causing bootloop 4 the device if u change 2 black UI

SOD is android problems could be messenger apk problem
or root problem or even custom kernel, tis is not just xperia z experiencing it

i didn't experience SOD in xperia Z yet, but i doubt it is sony's fault

the front screen is the same, both using dragontrail
the back of xperia z is using gorilla glass

if the impact is strong the glass will crack also, not drop proof

Drop proof depends on how you drop it - the height it is drop from, the angle the phone hits the floor, the construction type/surface of the floor. I have tested mine twice dropping it casually from waist height onto terazzo floor, phone was OK without any damages to edges and display. Dare not test it any further.
The only other phone that I have tested without any damage was HTC One X. Did it after I saw the demo at Spore launching where the presenter threw it hard onto the floor several times.
Other phones - eg those Samsung, Nexus, iphones - I will never dare to test as so many video shows the glass will crack

if u want to close an apps u can open the recent drawer
by long press home button, swipe the apps to close it
note since android have their own management system
if the apps remain in background idle 4 a long time
android 4.0+ will close the apps automatically
just like windows phone n ios
so u no need 2 worry abt ram n apps tat u still haven't close

Bluetooth slow may due to incompatibility
like different in version or extension

Bluetooth 2.0 is not compatible with bluetooth 3.0
Bluetooth 3.0 incompatible with 3.0 hs
