Your fan is PWM version, so use CPU_FAN header(4-pin) for it. For Seidon pump, you can use either other 3-pin header on your mobo or use that adapter.

As per spec sheet, your mobo have 1 CPU fan connector 4-pin (beside CPU place) & 1 System fan connector 3-pin (right bottom beside LED).

So the best is that PWM fan connect to CPU_Fan header & others (casing fan, Seidon pump) connect to PSU using that adapter you've shown. By that, the fan speed is variable accordingly to CPU temperature.
